Jr staff found drunk while on duty in the nights. No one would help you out even for wheel chair services it might take upto two hours. It is a corporate which strictly follows shift timing even if the patient is critical and the terrible nightmare, they don't share the summary with next shift staff. **** **** ******* **** ***** **** ** *** **** ***** Luckily I saved my father on time by taking him off from here and got shifted to other hospital.And the bottom line\" THIS HOSPITAL DOESN'T HAVE HOSPITALITY\

I have taken treatment for viral fever. Good doctor. Understands problem and prescribes good medicine. Having good commond over diagnosing the issue and has not suggested any unnecessary tests. Consultation and medicine cost also very reasonable. I strongly recomds

Doctor is very good ex: understanding the patient, giving proper answer on problems and he carries a good patience but the support staff are not good, too bad they give reverse answers to patients this is very bad and this kind of behaviour should be avoided.

Bad experience i ever expected. In one of my diagnostic reports bad cholesterol was bit high so went to him to get some advice if any medication is required. I explained him about my neck and back pain how i was diagnosed. Then he asked me to diagnose again in his clinic and said that there is no issue at all and convinced me that he will cure my neck and back pain max by one and half month and prescribed so many costly medicines that I purchased from his clinics pharmacy. From second day i have experience cramps and muscle catch and could not move or drive. Approached him on this and he advised costly pain killer injection and then it was ok for a day but my condition was bad and was completely on bed rest. Reached him again and then he changed the medicines. I have taken second opinion of Neurologist and was surprised to hear that all the medicines are not at all required for me and the dose was high. Then stopped the medicines immediately as advised by other doctor and it took me a week to recover without going to office.

I took my mother in law to this hospital for 3 times. She is diabetic and was complaining weakness , feverish and little giddiness.

Somehow we are not at all satisfied with the doctor's prescribed medicines. Her Blood sugar level changes drastically high ***** *** **** ********** ********** And not feeling better. Although all her blood and urine tests are perfectly fine. Not sure whether its a good practice to write one medicine for every symptom. Currently she was told to take 4 extra medicines apart from her regular medicines for sugar & BP.

I am from vellore, my doctors at CMC always told that good doctors never prescribed medicine for each & every symptom which patient is complaining of rather they give few medicines towards the root cause of disease.

We have stopped her prescribed medication as our family members were not getting confidence on those medicines.

This is our personal assessment and not passing any judgement towards the doctor.

Hospital is neat & clean , & doctor is available on time.

One word feed back.Never consult this doctor. * **** ***** **** **** * ***** ****** ** ** ***** I brought my father to consult this doctor for arthritis. But he has given medicines for heart along with arthritis. After using those medicines for 1 week my father got heart stroke where he was not ever suffered from heart. At that time only I was confused why this doctor giving treatment for heart where we consult him for arthritis. So many things I need to write here abt him but concluding with one word that I suggest DONT CONSULT THIS DOCTOR.

I have sent my aunty to this doctor for some pain the back ribs, prior to this doctor we consulted 3 more speciality doctors, after checking the reports and other simtom of the pain he suggested 6 medicines (out 4 are duplication from previous doctors, only brand name changed), when I verified all these medicines are not reputed brands (unbranded/unknown brands) and suggested not to use previous medicines.

When I went to change the medicine, clinic pharmacy has only all the local medicines, they don't have any reputed brand medicines.

Totally waste of time and money.

My Mother was Having high fever so visited Archana hospital for the first time. Here's our observation:

1. He denied checking Temperature stating that it is a duty of an RMP and he is a Doctor. It felt wierd and awkward. Temperature not checked.

2. Mother was also suffering from THYROID and hence complained to that doctor and requested to check. As again, Dr. Denied checking up stating that it will complicate the process of getting fever down. Again it was weird. The disappointing fact is that Dr couldn't show empathy towards patient by listening her out.

God forbid. We won't visit Archana hospital again. May be he is a good doctor but his practises were bit off.

Doctor will spend good amount of time with patient. And he speaks very friendly, which makes you very comfortable. I have visited for Vitamin deficiency, but he advised and explained the seriousness of report. He will only give medicine if it is required. I recommend this doctor.

Doctor approaches patients in a pleasing manner; takes enough times and counsels in such a way that the patients confidence goes up even before taking medicines.

Thoroughly explains the procedures, processes and tests as well the reasons for doing the same.

Prescribes tests if and only if it is needed.
